How to Work
We're There Every Step of The Way
1.Order Received
Receive detailed orders, including design, material specifications, dimensions, quantities, and delivery dates for the tool bags.
2.Sample Production
Based on the provided design drawings and customization requirements, the sample maker produces samples to showcase the product's appearance and functionality.
3.Sample Revision and Confirmation
We will confirm the sample with you through video or photos. Based on your feedback, we will instruct the sample maker to make revisions until the final approval is obtained.
4.Production Preparation
After the sample is confirmed, we begin the production preparation process. This includes sourcing raw materials that meet the customization requirements, preparing metal or plastic components, readying tools and molds for logo customization, and scheduling the production timeline.
5.Organize Production
Cutting fabric, lining, webbing, and zippers; trimming internal support panels; cutting steel tubes or wires; followed by sewing and assembly.
6.Quality Inspection and Testing
During and after production, we conduct random quality inspections and stress tests to ensure that each tool bag meets the quality standards.
7.Packaging
We will package the products according to your requirements, including customizing labeled cartons that meet export standards, using OPP self-adhesive bags, and attaching hang tags. Finally, the cartons will be secured with packing straps to ensure stability and safety during handling and transportation.
8.Export Customs Clearance and Logistics
We handle all export-related customs procedures and arrange the appropriate logistics method or the agreed-upon shipping method to deliver the tool bags to the designated location.
